823ph Terms and Conditions: Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of pending funds.

Each individual is permitted to register only one 823ph account. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same name, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address, will be flagged for investigation. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure, and any balances or winnings derived from them may be forfeited.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your 823ph account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 823ph will never ask you to share your password by phone, email, or chat message. If you receive such a request from any party claiming to represent 823ph, treat it as suspicious and report it immediately.

You are liable for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you personally authorised each action. Account Information Updates

If your contact number, email address, or other personal details change, you are required to update your 823ph account information promptly. Outdated information may delay account verification or withdrawal processing. All updates to critical account fields may require supporting documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on 823ph are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits

Deposits are processed promptly following successful confirmation from the selected payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the 823ph cashier before a transaction is initiated. 823ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts or cards. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods held in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

6. Game and Betting Rules

General Gameplay Rules

• Using a payment method registered in another person's name.

823ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend access during the investigation period, void associated wagers and winnings, and permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

8. Suspension and Closure

823ph may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances, among others:

Voluntary Account Closure
